Australia-Wide deliveries
We provide free express deliveries for all purchases over $100 excludes orders exceeding 2KG which will be sent standard. Australia-wide deliveries will be dispatched via Australia Post’s Express Post eParcel service and/or Couriers Please and StarTrack.

Australia-wide, we deliver to:
• Physical address
• All parcels will be delivered to the address provided and will REQUIRE a signature on receipt. You may designate a delivery date that best suits your needs and we will meet it as best we can.
• It is recommended to provide a work address rather than a residential address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.
If the goods are being delivered to a company, then the company name is required
• The person receiving the delivery will need to provide identification and signature upon delivery

• PO Boxes
• While this is possible, we strongly advise against this mode of delivery unless the item is of a low value.
• This mode of delivery assumes that the item delivered will fit into your PO Box. If the goods do not fit inside, it will be treated as a failed delivery.

Failed deliveries: Where no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours. Photo identification will be required to show proof of identity upon claiming goods.

International Deliveries
• For International deliveries, we use either Australia post, FedEx and DHL at our own discretion unless consulted. You will be sent the tracking number for your respective order upon shipment.

• Unless specially stated, all international deliveries incur shipping charges. Shipping costs vary depending on the location and the weight and size of the purchase. All shipping costs will be calculated once you order an item and fill out your address details.

Our Shipping Promise/Shipping Times
• Australia-wide: Unless your item is out-of-stock or there are issues with confirming your order details, goods will be shipped on the same day if payment is received before 2pm (excluding Weekends and Public holidays). Wherever possible, orders are shipped in their entirety and a tracking number will be emailed to you. Allow 1-8 working days from the date we ship your order (shipping time varies depending on where you live in Australia). Allow extra time in peak delivery times for Australia Post such as the Christmas/New Year and Easter periods and for Public holidays.

• International: Unless your item is out-of-stock or there are issues with confirming your order details, goods will be shipped on the same day or the next day (excluding Weekends and Public holidays).

Collect In-store
You are welcome to self-collect your order from our Melbourne store should you prefer to do this.

Self-collection is only available during normal store trading hours excluding Victorian public holidays. When placing an order online, please select ‘Pick-Up in Store’ under ‘Shipping Methods’.

Please bring along your Photo ID, credit card and proof of purchase invoice[s] as they need to be sighted before the item is handed to you.

To protect you against fraud and to confirm your order details, we will require you to include your email address and phone number when filling out your contact information. Your contact information is kept private and confidential and will not be used for any marketing purposes or otherwise.
