When making your purchase, please choose carefully as Jaben Audio does not provide refunds if you have changed your mind about your purchase.

Jaben Audio will provide you an exchange with a restocking fee of 25% of your original purchase and the items returned must meet the return criteria as listed.

Return Policy
Our return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, the returned items must be in the unopened original packaging and includes any manuals, cabling and accessories in its’ original condition. Please do not send Jaben Audio any items that do not meet the return criteria listed as we will not accept these.

• Jaben Audio will not accept the return of items for several types of goods (e.g. Foam and Silicon ear tips) under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances due to sanitary reasons. In doubt, please contact us at “info @ “

• Due to the custom-made nature of Custom In-ear Monitors/Earplugs we will not accept any returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect which will be determined/handled by the manufacturer. Should the item be sent back to the manufacturer overseas for warranty purposes, you will be responsible for shipping and duties. 

• Incorrect online orders will incur restocking fees of 25% and the items returned must meet the return criteria before a refund is activated

• Damaged Packaging: During shipping packaging damage may occur. There is no replacement for damaged packaging.

• DOA, Dead On Arrival: If your item[s] arrives DOA, please contact us immediately by email at “ info @ “.

We will issue you with a RMA (Returned Merchandize Authorization) No, together with shipping instructions.

• Damaged on Arrival: If your item is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately by email at “ info @ “.

You will be required to send the product back to us to assess the condition of the returned goods so that we can assist in resolving this issue.

You may be requested to provide photo evidence of your item/s and/or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

• Item failure after 7 days of receipt falls under manufacturer’s warranty Terms & Conditions

Return Procedures
• Step 1: Contact us at info @ to request for a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) Form.

• Step 2: Upon receiving the form, fill in the details and email it back to us

• Step 3. If the item to-be-returned is accepted, you will be issued an RMA Number. with attached shipping instructions

• Please do not send your item back to us unless you have been issued with a RMA Number. as the item will not be accepted by us and it will be returned at the sender's cost.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of the item. In the event the item cannot be accepted for return, we will inform you of the reason why we are unable to process a refund.

• If the returned item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days

Return Shipping
Please ensure items you wish to return meet the “Return Policy” criteria listed above. Any Return items sent to us without an RMA Number, will be returned to the sender at their own cost. If you are unsure whether the item you wish to return meets the above criteria please contact us at, info @

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you did not pay for the return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Allow 1-8 working days from the date we ship your product (depending on where you live in Australia). Allow extra time in peak delivery times for Australia Post such as the Christmas/New Year and Easter periods and for Public holidays.

• If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as it is dependent on the shipping provider.

• Note: All items must be returned in a protected satchel with bubble wrap or foam. Please note we are not responsible if your item goes missing in the mail. To guarantee we receive your returned item please send it via registered post and provide us with the tracking number.

Purchases with Promotional Code or Discount Offer
Should you return items that were placed using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will be refunded the amount you purchased the product for.

Returned Item Refund
Jaben Audio will notify you via email of your refund or store credit once we have received and processed your returned items. Refunds will be made within 5 business days of Jaben Audio approving the refund for the returned item. Unless stated otherwise by Jaben Audio, the refund will be in the form of the original payment method
